ALPENRISENIGHT ASCENT

Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 August 2026

The short version. Alpenrise has no accounts, no servers, and no analytics. Everything your child does stays on the device. If they use more than one device, it syncs through their own iCloud account — we never see it and could not if we wanted to.

1. No accounts

Neither children nor parents create an account. There is nothing to sign up for. We do not ask for an email address, a name, a date of birth, or a phone number.

2. What is stored, and where

Learning progress — which questions were answered, which were missed, placement levels, streaks and earned decorations — is stored on the device.

If the device is signed in to iCloud, a copy is also kept in the private database of that person's own iCloud account, so their own devices stay in step. That copy belongs to them, sits inside Apple's infrastructure, and is governed by Apple's iCloud terms. Alpenrise operates no server and receives no copy. We cannot read it, and we have nothing to hand over if asked.

You can turn this off at any time in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud.

3. What we never collect

No advertising identifier. No location. No contacts. No analytics or telemetry of any kind. No crash reporting. No third-party SDKs. We do not track users across apps or websites, and never present App Tracking Transparency, because we have nothing to ask for.

This website does not use cookies or analytics either, and loads no fonts, scripts or assets from anyone else.

4. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see, receive, or store payment details. Entitlement is verified on-device through StoreKit; we keep no receipts.
